"I deal with Sarah at Mike Dill's State Farm Insurance Office. She, and the whole office help the customer as much as they can. Let me tell you a story. I was with Nationwide Insurance for 38 years and was suddenly told they would no longer insure me because of something that my agent did not take care of. I had to find insurance ASAP,,,, After looking and not knowing who to go with, Mike Dill's Office called me, they immediately gave me a quote which was lower than my immediate insurance. I, right then and there, changed my insurance. They helped me when I needed them. Anytime I call, they respond. They really go above and beyond EVERY TIME!!!"

"Until today I was a customer of Mike Dill / State farm for roughly the past 15 years. I called to address why my bill had spiked to a total of 214.00 dollars a month and I was met with unprofessionalism to say the least by someone named Sarah. Since being a State farm customer I have had no traffic violations, I have had no DUIs I have had no insurance claims for any accidents since I have been a customer of theirs for the past 15 years and I've never even been in an accident during that timeframe. You would think I'm the ideal customer to have but not according to Sarah at State farm. But thankfully State farm is not the only insurance provider in the area I called Allstate and was quoted half for the same insurance coverage and was treated with dignity and respect! Not only was I shown professionalism because they value customers who do not have DUIs who do not have traffic violations and who pay their bills on time. My insurance is now half of what I was paying monthly so I suppose I should thank Sarah for being so unprofessional she saved me half of my bill monthly. If you want a fair quote/bill and met with professionalism I would not go to that agent! 😭"
